Our Mud Separator System can handle a variety of materials which can be pumped in a slurry. The bank of Hydro Cyclones separates the heavy solids by means of centrifugal force. This thickened slurry then falls onto a high frequency shaker deck, to be further de-watered. The dry material is conveyed into a roll off box for disposal, eliminating the expense of hauling and processing the slurry in a liquid form.

We have used this system to separate Zebra Mussels, Fly Ash, Bottom Ash, Sand, Gravel, course and fine coal dust, and just about everything else that settles where it is not wanted.
